Here you will find some information you need to help you enjoy our community and be informed of our rules and regulations.

Strawberry Fields Rules and Regulations

• Clubhouse

• The clubhouse is opened at 7:00 a.m. daily.  At 5:00 p.m. the main entrance door and the door leading into the workout room are locked unless there is an activity scheduled.  To gain entry into the workout room, please enter through the pool gate and use the west entrance door.

• All doors (and poolgate) are locked at 10:00p.m. daily (including weekends).

• Motor Vehicle

• Speed limit within Strawberry Fields is 15 mph!!

• No vehicles may be stored within the community.  Vehicles parked in covered or uncovered spaces must be moved at least once every 15 days.

• No campers, boats trailers or R.V.'s may be parked within the community

• No mechanical repairs are permitted within the community

• No vehicles may be washed within the community

• Pets:  Dogs and cats must be leashed when outside.  They are not allowed to roam free and unsleashed.  Households may have a dog or cat, but not 2 dogs.  Dogs may not weigh more than 30 lbs.   Dog owners are required to pick up after their pet has defecated.  Doing so helps to maintain an attractive community as well as a healthy one!!

• Pool/Spa (open 7am - 10pm daily including weekends)

  • The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes at the end of September.  The spa is open year round.  To ender and exit the pool area, please use the pool gate only at the east side of the clubhouse.  DO NOT enter the pool area through the clubhouse. 
  • Smoking and the use of glass containers wihtin the pool area is not permitted.  NOTE:  RULES ARE CLEARLY POSTED.  THOSE WHO DISREGARDS THESE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING THEIR POOL PRIVILEGES REVOKED!  Residents are issued 2 pool passes and 2 guest passes.
