Strawberry Fields
Strawberry Fields is a gated condominium community consisting of spacious two and three bedroom units. Each unit has a private patio/balcony, the second story units have vaulted ceilings and all units have washer/dryer connections and available covered parking. Several of our homes have private garages, gas fireplaces and excellent views of the Front Range Mountains of the Colorado Rockies.
There are a total of 232 units located in our project, and each owner is a member of the Strawberry Fields Condominium Owners Association, Inc. Amenities include a fenced tennis court, clubhouse and swimming pool/fountain and hot tub from which have amazing views. The clubhouse features a large kitchen and beautifully decorated seating area with a sizeable fireplace; separate meeting room; theatre room with permanent seating and large screen tv; spacious restrooms/dressing areas with showers and lockers; and a workout room with a very nice array of exercise equipment.
Location and Neighborhood
Strawberry Fields is located in a vibrant residential neighborhood approximately 3 miles south of Colorado Springs at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. The area has easy access to Interstate 25 and there are several shopping centers including a major food market on only two blocks away! The newly constructed Fox Meadow Middle School is situated about 3 blocks to the east and Fort Carson and the main branch of the Pikes Peak Community College are also located nearby to the south.
A large city park is adjacent to the south entrance of our project and walking trails and fishing is available at nearby Quail Lake. A major movie theatre complex, two large hotels, several nationwide chain restaurants, and the renowned World Arena are all within walking distance of our residence. Some of the other services available in the immediate area include two gas station/convenient stores, dry cleaners, Hollywood Video, fast food restaurants, a pet clinic, liquor stores, Target Department Store, Office Depot and Starbucks to name a few.
Strawberry Fields is also located within the fringes of the world famous Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain resort neighborhoods. Other recreational facilities in our area include the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo; Seven Falls; Will Rogers Memorial; two golf courses; and excellent hiking and biking trails just minutes away in Cheyenne Canyon!
